These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Mavioria. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from our store. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement and must provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, and delivery information. Purchases intended for a child must be made and supervised by an adult.

Products and presentation

We work to describe products accurately. Screen settings, photography, natural materials, and production runs can create reasonable variation in color or appearance. Dimensions and included components are stated on the relevant product page when available. Product age guidance is informational and does not replace adult judgment or supervision.

Prices, taxes, and import costs

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly shows another currency. Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted. Taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout when applicable. The recipient is responsible for import duties or customs charges unless checkout expressly says they are included.

Order submission and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment or order information and may refuse or cancel an order for authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, delivery limitation, sanctions concern, or another lawful reason. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.

Payment

You authorize the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Currency conversion and bank fees, if any, are determined by your financial institution.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch. Shipped orders are handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping, delivery, and risk

Processing and delivery estimates are explained in the Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law. You must provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with reasonable carrier or customs requests.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility, time limits, return shipping responsibility, inspection, and refund timing are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Personal-use purchases and misuse

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, products are offered for personal or household use. You may not use false payment details, interfere with store operations, exploit pricing errors, or purchase in connection with unlawful activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavioria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from a purchase. For a claim relating to an order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law, severability, and changes

These terms are governed by applicable law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms for future orders; the version in effect when an order is submitted applies to that order.
