Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Your privacy rights depend on where you live. This page explains how to submit choices or requests relating to personal information handled by Mavioria.

Available requests

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access to categories or specific pieces of personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion; a portable copy; restriction of certain processing; or information about categories of collection and disclosure. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising choices

Mavioria does not sell personal information in exchange for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request to opt out. Storefront cookie or privacy controls, when displayed, can also be used to manage eligible browser-based choices.

Global Privacy Control

Where legally required and technically detected, we treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending the signal. Because the signal is device- and browser-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser or device.

Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the link in the message. We may still send non-promotional communications about transactions, security, policy changes, or customer-service requests.

How to submit a request

Email service@mavioria.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send complete payment-card data, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents by email.

Verification and authorized agents

To protect personal information, we may verify that the requester is the customer concerned. Verification depends on the sensitivity of the request and may use information already associated with an order or account. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may ask for proof of authority and direct confirmation from the customer.

Timing, appeals, and non-discrimination

We respond within the time required by applicable law and will explain if more time is reasonably needed. If applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explain why you disagree. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, although a request may affect features that depend on the information involved.
